MONTHLY CONVEYANCING FEES DRAW
We will give your fees back
At Loughnans we have a monthly draw for a refund of all of the fees and disbursements. On the first working day of the following month every transaction involving a sale, purchase or a refinance will be eligible to participate in the monthly draw. The raw only applies to "normal transactions" involving domestic conveyancing and does not include any transactions where there is a dispute.
To be eligible to go into the draw you must consent to your name being published.
Each sale, purchase or refinance qualifies as a separate entry.
